National Cash Flow Solutions


Challenge:
National Cash Flow Solutions wanted a website that was easy to use and, at the same time, manageable in relaying vital and sometimes complex information to the viewer in easy, digestable segments. Even though an interactive website would have been the key solution, it was not possible due to the type of services provided. NCFS needed to have a physical signature on their paperwork and since this was not possible, other solutions had to be used.

Solution:
E-Studio191 took a different approach to the concept of this project. Simplicity and Function was the key to making this project work. By taking a complex and sometimes confusing business solution and making it easy to navigate, read and understand, we were able to leave the users with this simple impression: using NCFS is an easy solution and a viable way of extending their business and profits. One other challenge was still left to solve though. Giving the user the ability to access these services on-line was a necessity. Since NCFS needed to have a physical signature to start this business process, an on-line signature was not possible, so we provided the applications in a .pdf document format that is easily printed out and can be faxed to start the financial solutions process.

Result:
NCFS was surprised and thrilled with our ability to condense the complex, and sometimes daunting, task of explaining their services into easy-to-understand and digestable segments. They were equally impressed with the look and feel of the site, one that compliments their established and trustworthy business. The end result: NCFS has added a website to its arsenal of business solutions.
